we are interested in purchasing either an Apple Developer Enterprise Program account or an enterprise distribution certificate issued under that program. Please help us communicate the following requirements to potential sellers, as there is an important distinction between an ordinary company developer account and an Enterprise Program account. What we are looking for We specifically require an account enrolled in the Apple Developer Enterprise Program, which supports In-House distribution. An ordinary Apple Developer Program account, whether registered as an Individual or an Organization/company, does not meet our requirements. A developer account registered under a company name is not necessarily an Enterprise Program account. Our purchase offers Option 1 — Enterprise distribution certificate: USD 30,000 We are offering USD 30,000 for an enterprise distribution certificate, also commonly called an In-House Distribution Certificate, with the following deliverables: • The exported .p12 file containing the certificate and its corresponding private key. • The password for the .p12 file. • A matching, valid In-House provisioning profile (.mobileprovision). This must be an exclusive sale to us. The seller must not sell, share, license, or otherwise provide the same certificate or private key to any other buyer or third party. Option 2 — Entire Enterprise Program account: USD 200,000 Alternatively, we are offering USD 200,000 to acquire the entire Apple Developer Enterprise Program account, with full administrative control, rather than purchasing only a certificate. Verification before purchase A .p12 file or a certificate name alone is not sufficient to confirm that it supports enterprise In-House distribution. We also need to inspect the matching provisioning profile and verify the account’s program membership. For initial screening, please ask sellers to provide: • A screenshot showing their Apple Developer Enterprise Program membership. • The certificate type and expiration date. • The matching In-House provisioning profile for verification. • Confirmation of whether they are offering an exclusive certificate sale or the entire account.
