Alternatives giant Investcorp is teaming up with Saudi investors to buy into a fire safety and equipment company, marking one of the first inbound deals in the kingdom since an escalation of its war with the Iran-backed Houthi rebels.
Investcorp will acquire a significant minority stake in REDA Gulf Holding through its $500 million Saudi Pre-IPO Growth Fund, joining a consortium led by AlTouq Group and Thara Future Investments, according to a statement.
